PIO Network members met on March 15, 2012, at the Texas Department of Transportation's Houston office
to hear presentations from three Missing Child organizations.  Texas EquuSearch board member and
search coordinator Ken Defoor, Texas Center for the Missing CEO and Houston Regional Amber Plan 
director Beth Alberts, and Laura Recovery Center Foundation co-founder Bob Smither explained how 
their organizations work together with parents, community, and law enforcement to find missing children.
